Trustee committee- Art Reinke, Sam McCrery, Brian Dieke, Dave Miller, Kris Tracy and Will Vincent

The Trustees have been busy this year preparing for our new Adult Day Care program, planning for the new Ministry Center through the Vision Beyond These Walls campaign and with maintaining the church facilities. Painting Fellowship Hall and the hallway, sprucing up the restrooms, repairing the parking lot, and fixing outside lighting are just a few of the many things this group does to keep our building and grounds in great shape.

This committee generally meets on the last Thursday of the month at 7:00pm at the church. If you have questions or concerns you are always welcome to attend these meetings.

Adult Day program Hours of operation are 8:30am - 5:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 350 Main St., Broomfield, CO 80020. We are planning to expand to Monday - Friday in late August.

Beginnings - This program is the result of a desire to serve the community by the membership of the Presbyterian Church of Broomfield. Because our community did not have this resource available to them, a committee of church members and concerned citizens was formed to approach the problem. The committee diligently surveyed the adult day care programs in the surrounding communities, completed a community needs assessment, and researched program information and requirements. In August of 2007 the committee hired a director and began the process of making adult day care in Broomfield a realilty.

Our Goal - To provide citizens of the Broomfield community with optimal services for their families through a program focused on social and support services based on individual needs.

Admission
The Adult Day program is open to all Broomfield residents and surrounding areas. Placement preference is given to residents of Broomfield and caregivers that work in Broomfield. Prior to admission each applicant and/or caregiver must complete an application and a physician's referral form. The applicant and caregiver will be interviewed in their home. The caregiver and participant are then invited to tour our facility and discuss our programming. Our program provides basic adult day services. Upon agreement to enter the program, the responsible party and the agency will sign a contract for services.
