As an outreach to our neighbors, our church is working with a number of other churches to host a wonderful pot luck community dinner each month in the Ministry Center. All are welcome. RSVP to Steve@Dc2.Me or 303-604-6280.

Getting to Know You
On Feb. 11 - Saturday night - we are having a “Get to Know You” Potluck Dinner.
Where: Ministry Center
Time: 6:15
The focus of this potluck dinner, is ‘getting to know’ those that serve as Deacons, Trustees and Elders. We are going to have a contest, where you identify the current ‘volunteer’ in each of these roles, by their baby pictures. Whoever gets the most correct answers, will win a prize that night. We also thought this would be a great opportunity to visit with the current Deacons, Trustees and Elders and perhaps spark interest in YOU volunteering for one of these opportunities. Georgia Lacy (thank you, thank you) has created a ‘condensed’ version of the responsibilities for each role and those will be available that night
This will be a soup/salad potluck dinner; sign-up sheet will appear soon. AND, there will be (hopefully) some surprise entertainment.
Please put this date on your calendar. It should be great fun to see all the “old” baby pictures, and as always GREAT food and fellowship time.

“Heads up” Notice
This year, our Easter Brunch is going to be a continental-style brunch. We have invited the Epiphany Church to be a part of our Easter Brunch. Their service starts at 10:10 a.m., therefore we need to have our brunch occur from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. This will give us time to take down the tables and put up the chairs, in time for their service. Our menu will be fruits, muffins and breads, with coffee, juice and milk. Keeping it simple this year, will give us all more time to enjoy the fellowship and celebration of Easter Day.

“Putting a bug in your ear!” (I love idioms)
We have tentatively scheduled our Ladies Spring Tea for May 12 th . Availability and close proximity to Broomfield were key factors in our selection of the Rose Tea Room at the Rustic Ranch. 35 is maximum capacity. Cost is approx. $25.00 (maybe a little less). Sign-up sheet will go up first of April. Time is yet to be determined, but should be in the window of 11:00-1:00.
